A small agency on the bay, since 2009

Bajja means bay. Our office looks onto Spinola Bay, and most mornings start with a coffee on the wall outside before the first viewing. We list fewer homes than the big agencies, on purpose: we would rather know eighteen properties properly than five hundred by their photos.

Every listing on this site has been visited, measured and photographed by one of us. We tell you when a flat gets the afternoon sun, when the neighbours run a restaurant, and when the price is ambitious. That’s also why many of our sellers come back to us when they buy again.
