About

A studio built on personal attention.

Gaffiero Digital is a web design studio in Malta that builds websites, booking systems and apps for small businesses. It was founded in Malta in January 2026 by Mikhael, and it designs and builds websites, apps and business systems for ambitious small businesses across Malta and Gozo.

Every project is founder-led. You work directly with the person designing and building your website, from the first conversation to long after launch. No account managers, no hand-offs, no surprises.

Meet the founder

Hi, I’m Mikhael.

I started Gaffiero Digital to give small businesses in Malta the kind of website and tools usually reserved for big brands: beautifully designed, fast, and simple to run.

My background is in digital game development, where every screen has to feel intuitive, quick and satisfying to use. I bring that same thinking to every website, app and system I build.

I also grew up around my family’s carpentry business. That’s where I learned what good work looks like: measure twice, get the details right, and build things that last. It’s the standard I hold every project to.

When you work with Gaffiero, you work with me directly, from the first call to launch day and every month after. I also build our own products, Sorted and Sloted, so I know first-hand what small businesses need from their software.

How Mikhael works

Game-design thinking, carpenter’s standards.

Designed around the user

From game development: every screen should feel obvious and quick. Your customers should find the price, the booking button or the phone number without thinking.

Measured, then built

From the workshop: we agree the plan, the fixed price and the timeline in writing before anything is built, and you approve the design first.

Built to last

Hand-written code, compressed images and no page-builder bloat, so the site stays fast and easy to look after for years.

What we’ve built

Websites, booking systems and our own software.

Seven concept websites

Full multi-page demos for local businesses: Pedestal Games & Collectibles, Lampuka Seafood Kitchen, Bajja Property, Mirror & Blade, Ħadid Strength & Fitness, Spark Auto Electrical, Aqwa Plumbing & Gas. Each one does a real job: selling, booking, quoting or enquiring. See the work.

Sorted

Our operations app for trade businesses: quotes, jobs, schedules, invoices and payments in one place. About Sorted.

Sloted

Online booking, deposits and reminders for appointment businesses, at one flat price with no commission. About Sloted.
