What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email, phone (optional), business name, topic and message.
• Website checker: the website address you enter and its results. If you ask for a personal review, your name, email and phone.
• Clients: the contact, billing and project information we need to deliver our services.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiries, run the website checks you request, prepare proposals, deliver and invoice our services, and meet our legal obligations. Our legal bases are your request, our contract with you, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us run this website and our business, under data protection terms: our website host and form service (Netlify), our form email service (FormSubmit), Google (to run website checks through PageSpeed Insights), and our email provider. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted after 12 months. Client and invoicing records are kept for as long as Maltese tax and accounting law requires.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will use a privacy-friendly, cookie-free tool or ask for your consent where required, and update this policy.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, receive a copy of it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email gaffierodigital@gmail.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) in Malta.

Security

This website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to personal data is limited to the people who need it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page.
