Five stages, one fixed price.
You get a day-by-day schedule before we start, and a WhatsApp update with photos at the end of every working day.
- Week 1, free
Survey
We measure, check the pipes and drainage falls, and talk through how you use the room.
- Within 5 days
Design and quote
A 3D layout, tile and fittings choices, and a fixed written quote. No deposit until you're happy.
- Days 1–2
Strip-out
Dust sheets down, old suite and tiles out, skip permit handled by us.
- Days 3–9
Fit
New pipework, screed, tanking, tiling and sanitaryware, with a pressure test before any tile goes on.
- Days 10–12
Finish
Silicone, accessories, deep clean and a walk-through. Your 12-month guarantee starts here.

Our project lead visits for about 45 minutes, usually on a weekday evening between 17:00 and 18:30. You'll have a fixed quote within five working days.

Water through the ceiling? Smell gas?
Our emergency van covers Malta day and night, Gozo by the next ferry. Shut the main stopcock (usually beside the meter or under the kitchen sink), then call.
If you smell gas: close the cylinder valve, open windows and doors, don't touch switches or light anything, and call from outside.
