Leaks and burst pipes
Most Maltese leaks hide in walls and under tiles. We find them with a moisture meter and thermal camera before anything is opened, so we only break the tile that has to go.

Water heaters, electric and solar
No hot water, a tripping element or a heater dripping from the safety valve. We carry 50, 80 and 100 litre cylinders on the van, and service the solar heaters that sit on half the roofs in Malta.

Roof tanks, pumps and water treatment
Weak pressure upstairs, a pump that cycles all night, or a tank full of sediment. We clean and replace roof tanks, fit quiet pressure pumps, and install softeners and reverse-osmosis drinking-water filters for Malta's hard water.

Gas cookers, hobs and heaters
Connections to LPG cylinders and fixed gas installations, carried out and signed off by our licensed installers. We also service the portable gas heaters that come out every December.

Blocked drains and sinks
Slow showers, gurgling sinks and the smell from a washroom gully. We clear it, then put a camera down the pipe so you know whether it will come back.

Kitchen plumbing
New sinks and mixers, dishwasher and washing machine connections, and the plumbing for kitchen fit-outs. We work alongside your kitchen supplier so the fitters aren't left waiting.

Outside showers, irrigation lines, swimming-pool plant rooms, boiler-room valves in apartment blocks. Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we'll price it the same day.
Water through the ceiling? Smell gas?
Our emergency van covers Malta day and night, Gozo by the next ferry. Shut the main stopcock (usually beside the meter or under the kitchen sink), then call.
If you smell gas: close the cylinder valve, open windows and doors, don't touch switches or light anything, and call from outside.
